Weiber Consulting was founded in 2008 by Wei Zhou, a leader in multicultural PR & marketing with over 20 years of diversified working experience. Her first-hand insight into the Asian market and integrated strategic approach enable her to serve as a direct interface connecting clients with niche markets.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
As early as 1996, Wei Zhou was already making her mark in AT&T Consumer Services as a pioneer in multicultural marketing specifically targeting Asian American markets. She was in charge of mass media promotion, sales channel development, product promotion, and community partnership to promote AT&T Long Distance Services. In the late 1990s, she formed alliances within the community to sponsor the largest Lunar New Year parade in San Francisco, the Dragon Boat Festival in Queens, and many other local community events.
Wei Zhou additionally has experience working in startup and non-profit organizations. Beginning in 2002, she led a marketing effort targeting local Chinese in a four year Wallace Cultural Engagement project at the Newark Museum. Her highly successful efforts were recognized by The Wallace Foundation with a $1.5M Excellence Award.

Wei Zhou holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from NYU, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
